The absolute uri: http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core cannot be resolved in either web.xml

解决

1.首先打开自己项目的Out目录-->artifacts-->继续打开(这里是你的项目名字)-->WEB-INF-->lib
2.看这个目录里面有没有jstl的jar包，如果没有就点击File-->Project Structure...-->Modules-->看图片上

3.这里导入你的jar包，点击apply，点击ok
4.此时再看第1，2步的内容，如果上面的方法还是不行,再点击Build-->Build Artifacts-->Rebuild
